Yes! Joliegirl hair is 100% human hair, so you can straighten and/or dye our hair.
What shampoo and conditioner should I use?
We currently do not recommend a specific brand of shampoo and conditioner, but we believe it’s important to use a quality, moisturizing shampoo or cowash and a good conditioner before and after installation. Do you ship internationally?
We can ship to Canada only. We plan to add international shipping in the near future.
Why isn’t my tracking number working?
Our fulfillment team will send you an email including a tracking number once your order has been sent to the delivery service. The delivery service may take up to 24 hours to scan your package. Although you received a tracking number, it may take up to one day to activate the tracking number. Do not discard the email including the tracking number until your order has been delivered.
How many bundles are sold together?
Our bundles are sold separately.
How many bundles do I need?
The perfect number of bundles largely depends on the look you want to achieve. Generally, the longer the hair, the more bundles you will need to get a fuller look. Two to three bundles could be a good start for hair at 14” long up to 26” long.
The perfect number of bundles for a full head largely depends on the look you want to achieve. Anywhere from two to six bundles could produce your desired look. Six bundles produces a very voluminous look. Remember, it’s probably best to increase the number of bundles for hair lengths 26” and longer.

What color is the hair I want to purchase?
All of our hair is 100% virgin hair; it has not been processed or dyed. The hair we sell naturally has a dark brown to black color. You can dye it any color you’d like.
Why haven’t I received a confirmation email after placing my order?
